§ Mr. Austin Mitchellasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what representations Her Majesty's Government have made to the Government of the Federal German Republic concerning the imbalance of trade between the United Kingdom and West Germany; and if he will publish in the Official Report a table comparing the United Kingdom deficit in trade in manufactures with West Germany and with Japan as a total and per head of the population of the relevant exporting country.
§ Mr. Alan ClarkTrade matters are frequently discussed with our partners in the Community, including the Federal German Republic, which is the second biggest market for our exports.
