§ Mr. Tony Banksasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) when he will publish the explanatory paper on the financial terms for the transfer of Thamesmead; and if he will make a statement;
(2) when he now expects to make an announcement about the transfer of Thamesmead to Thamesmead Trust and if he will make a statement.
