§ Mr. John PattenThe announcement of 31 March concerned the Secretary of State's approval to the London Docklands Development Corporation's overall strategy for the royal docks. The individual schemes to regenerate the area are matters for more detailed consideration by the corporation. Several such schemes are currently being discussed with the developers concerned.
