§ 29. Mr. Moynihanasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what discussions he is having with his colleagues in the European Council of Ministers concerning the protection of the ozone layer.
§ Mr. WaldegraveThe Environment Council on 19 March, at which I represented the United Kingdom, discussed the Community's stance for current negotiations of international measures to control chlorofluorocarbons in the context of the Vienna convention for the protection of the ozone layer. I anticipate further discussion at the Council on 21 May.
