§ Mr. ChopeMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State has received representatives from Lancashire county council and from a number of hon. Members that he should disregard expenditure on policing the 1985 Conservative party conference in Blackpool. He considered these before he made the third rate support grant supplementary report for 1985–86 on 19 March 1987: he decided not to do so. He will reconsider the representations before making the next supplementary report for 1985–86.
