Member for Bury. South (Mr. Sumberg).
§ Mr. Douglas HoggSince 1 March, we have received 459 letters from right hon. and hon. Members about the campaign by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. From members of the public we have received 347 letters about the campaign and 17,650 postcards pre-printed by the RSPCA as part of its campaign material.
