§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeThe "Action for Jobs" booklet is a guide to over one million opportunities available through over 30 employment, enterprise and training programmes. The opportunities are freely available to a wide range of people and we have therefore encouraged as large a distribution of the booklet as possible. This includes distribution through banks, post offices and other organisations so as to reach as many people as can benefit from it. Over 5 million copies have been taken up so far.
