§ Mr. LuceAs I announced on 19 March 1987 in response to a question from my hon. Friend the Member for Staffordshire, South (Mr. Cormack), at col.561, the Government are acquiring Constable's "Stratford Mill" for the nation. The necessary resources will be made available from the 1987–88 public expenditure reserve. There will be no overall increase in public expenditure.
