§ Mr. Peter BottomleyA scheme for grade separation at the A40 Headington junction is one of the 82 additions to the national trunk road construction programme which we announced on 28 April. The next step will be the appointment of design agents to investigate possible options for this major improvement. Meanwhile, we are considering with Oxfordshire county council a small modification to the layout of the roundabout to reduce traffic delays in the interim.
