§ Mrs. Renée Shortasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will arrange for urgent studies into the possibilities for, and effects of, treatment on HIV infected babies identified in and near Edinburgh since 1983.
§ Mr. John MacKayAll the known HIV infected babies in or near Edinburgh are to be included in a research study which is under assessment by the Medical Research Council. My officials will be involved with that assessment.
