§ Mr. TraceyFrom April 1980 to December 1986, West Lindsey has reported selling 858 dwellings to sitting tenants, equivalent to 15 per cent. of the council stock in April 1980; East Lindsey has reported 885 sales, equal to 13.5 per cent. of its April 1980 stock.
