(2) how many regional development grants and regional selective assistance grants were awarded in the west Lancashire district council area in (a) 1984–85 and (b) 1985–86, respectively.
§ Mr. Giles ShawIn 1984–85, seven regional development grant (2) and regional selective assistance awards totalling £266,000 were made in the west Lancashire district area. In 1985–86, 52 awards totalling £2,173,000 were made.
These figures do not include any awards made under regional development grant (1) scheme. Records of such awards were not maintained for individual areas.
