§ Mr. LeeI have received no general representations about discrimination against self-employed disabled people who apply for the enterprise allowance scheme, although individuals have written concerning their particular problems. Disabled people who fulfil the eligibility conditions for this scheme are treated in the same way as any other unemployed people. Disabled people wishing to become self-employed can also benefit from the range of Manpower Services Commission schemes designed to help overcome their specific work-related problems.
