§ Mr. Donald ThompsonThe council's regulations group held its first meeting on 11 November 1982 and presented its interim statement of proposed welfare regulations to Agriculture Ministers on 7 November 1986. The group is currently engaged on a study of pig production systems, the report of which I expect to receive around the end of this year.
