§ Mr. Peter Bruinvelsasked the Secretary of State for Social Services when, pursuant to his answer to the hon. Member for Leicester, East of 18 March, Official Report, column 504, officials of his Department last visited the Leicester Nuffield clinic in order to monitor the implementation of the Abortion Act and the Infant Life (Preservation) Act.
§ Mr. NewtonThe Leicester Nuffield clinic was last visited by departmental officials in connection with its approval under the Abortion Act 1967 on 12 November 1985.
