§ Mr. Sheermanasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list all those local authorities in England and Wales which are designated or include areas 651W that are designated under the Inner Urban Areas Act 1978; and in respect of which of these authorities arrangements have been made with him under section 7 of the Act.
