§ Mr. Kirkwoodasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will make a statement on the proposed work of the new Health Education Authority in Northern Ireland.
§ Mr. NewtonThe prime responsibility of the new authority will be health education in England, although it will take the lead for the United Kingdom as a whole in respect of the AIDS campaign. The Department of Health and Social Services (Northern Ireland) has arranged for the authority to provide it with health educational services and materials for a period on an agency basis.
