§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsThe final cost to the Department of design and photographic work, printing, publication and distribution of the leaflet is just over £9,000. In addition, the estimated cost of time spent on the project by a small number of Welsh Office staff in the normal course of their duties is £4,000. 1 regard it as a perfectly proper function of my Department to provide factual information about the Health Service to those who use it and that is what we have done.
