§ Mr. Craigenasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what discussions he is having with Strathclyde regional council social work department and Glasgow district 581W council housing department to improve die provision of safety rails and gates fitted in patients' homes in the light of delays in some patients being discharged from hospital, about which the hon. Member for Glasgow, Maryhill has written to him.
