§ Mr. GummerThe Commission has proposed a programme for disposal of butter stocks, including exports, in 1987 and 1988, with reimbursement to member states in four instalments from 1989 to 1992. The EAGGF604W will contribute to the interest costs borne by member states as a result of the delay in reimbursement This proposal was agreed in principle by the Council of Agriculture Ministers on 9–10 February and, following further discussion in the Council of Economic and Finance Ministers on 9 March is expected to be adopted shortly.
