§ Mr. HowardNo. After due consideration, my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry reached a decision last year not to appoint inspectors to investigate and report on the membership of Westland under section 442 of the Companies Act 1985. No new information has become available since that time which would necessitate a review of that decision.
