§ Mr. MooreAs an interim measure my Department is recommending to all owners of roll-on/roll-off ferries that warning lights should be fitted on the bridge to show whether or not car loading doors are properly closed. This safety measure will be reviewed in the light of what emerges from the formal investigation.
