§ Mr. Wallaceasked the Secretary of State for Transport what recent discussions his Department has had with representatives of disabled groups concerning the careline service between Heathrow airport and the London rail terminals.
§ Mr. Peter BottomleyAn informal discussion was held on 4 February with the Disabled Persons' Transport Advisory Committee when proposals for London Regional Transport's careline service were being developed. The committee has since welcomed the new arrangements. We have also been in correspondence with a wide range of disability groups on this matter.
