§ Mr. Tony Banksasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list all outstanding applications for consents from each authority abolished on 31 March 1986.
§ Mr. Macfarlaneasked the Secretary of State for the Environment how many planning applications for developments in excess of 100,000 have been called in for consideration by him within the past 12 months.
§ Mr. TraceyI take it that my hon. Friend is referring to applications for major retail developments. Thirty-three such applications for developments in excess of 100,000 sq ft were called in by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State in the last 12 months.
