§ Mr. Barry Jonesasked the Secretary of State for Wales what discussions he has had with the local authorities in Wales concerning the Disabled Persons (Consultation, Representation and Services) Act 1986; and what extra moneys he plans to give local authorities to enable them to effect the implementation of the Act.
§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsDiscussions on expenditure projections for 1987–88 were held during 1986 within the expenditure sub-group of the Welsh Consultative Council on Local Government Finance. There will be further consultations this year on resource implications for 1988–89.
