§ Mr. JoplingI announced on 9 February a package of measures, worth £25 million a year when fully operational, to encourage the alternative use of agricultural land and to assist diversification. These are described in the set of documents published by the Government on 10 March and entitled "Farming and Rural Enterprise". Copies are available from the Vote Office.
