§ Mr. McLoughlinasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if, further to his answer to the hon. Member for Derbyshire, West of 17 February, Official Report, column 604, he will list those countries in Europe which pay compensatory allowances on dairy cows in designated less favoured areas, giving details of restrictions as to numbers and areas and variations in the levels of payments.
