§ Mr. NewtonThe Department has received approximately 150 letters about nurses' pay since last November. It is, of course, for the independent Review Body for Nursing Staff, Midwives, Health Visitors and Professions Allied to Medicine to make recommendations to my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister on the remuneration of those groups of staff within its remit.
