§ Mr. NewtonThe Haemophilia Society has recently made representations about provision of HIV counselling for haemophiliac children attending Birmingham children's hospital. In 1987–88 we are allocating £16,000 to the West Midlands regional health authority for counselling at the Birmingham haemophilia centre, part of which is based at the children's hospital.
