§ Mr. LuceThis is a research study being conducted by the Policy Studies Institute, in the course of which many people are being consulted, and information gathered from a wide variety of sources. Extensive surveys are being carried out, but formal evidence is not being taken.

A second study, not funded by me, is addressing itself to determining the extent to which unemployed adults are taking up activities of an artistic creative nature, and the impact of those activities on the community.
