§ The Solicitor-General for ScotlandIt would not be proper practice for me to disclose during the course of a criminal investigation which persons have been seen by the police and for what purpose. As my noble and learned Friend, the Lord Advocate, explained in another place on 4 March. the police investigations continue and at the conclusion thereof the police will make a report to the procurator fiscal.
