§ Dr. Cunninghamasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when the Government will complete their review of local authority fees and charges announced in "Paying for Local Government" (Cmnd. 9714); and what proposals that review is considering in relation to local authorities' powers to charge for services such as compulsory education.
§ Mr. RidleyI have not yet completed consideration of the results of the review; but I hope to have done so fairly soon.
