§ Mr. Austin Mitchellasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry whether he will institute an inquiry as to whether any inducements were offered directly or indirectly to buyers of shares in Hanson Trust to boost the price of the shares in the course of the takeover of Imperial Tobacco.
