§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsSince April 1979, the Welsh Development Agency has built 1,459 factory units, including extensions. Information on the letting record of these units as a group is not readily available and could only be obtained at disproportionate cost. Eighty five per cent. of the Welsh Development Agency's total factory floor space was let at 31 January 1987; a further 5½ per cent. was earmarked for prospective tenants.
