§ Mrs. ChalkerMy hon. Friend the Minister of State, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, the hon. Member for Mid-Sussex (Mr. Renton) stressed our interest in human rights in discussions with the Czechoslovak authorities during his visit to Prague last month. In Moscow in January, he made clear to the Soviet authorities our concern about the persecution of religious believers. He referred particularly to the case of Mr. Alexander Ogorodnikov, who has now been released.
