§ Mr. Douglas HoggDerbyshire county council submitted proposals for minor works worth a total of £404,000, of which work to the value of £215,000 was approved. None of the proposals referred specifically to special interview rooms at police stations for rape victims and abused children. If such a proposal were submitted for approval next year, it would be considered in the light of circular 69/86.
