asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will give details of quantities and type of food held within EEC intervention food stores and their location in (a) Sunderland, (b) Gateshead, (c) Newcastle upon Tyne, (d) North Tyneside and (e) South Tyneside.

regime should be tackled by internal measures to control support costs rather than by the Commission's proposed oils and fats tax. The latter might increase average retail food prices by about three quarters of 1 per cent.
