§ The Prime MinisterThe hon. Gentleman wrote to me about the question he had tabled for oral answer on 30 April 1987. In my reply to his supplementary question I said that I had nothing to add to the many, many answers on that matter that I had given in statements and in replies to questions. That remains the position.
