§ 46. Ms Primaroloasked the Secretary of State for Transport what studies have been undertaken by his Department to assess the effect of the Transport Act 1985.
§ Mr. David Mitchell: The Department's Transport and Road Research Laboratory is engaged in a series of national, area and case studies on the effects of the Act. A copy of its first report, published in January, is available in the Library of the House. Further reports are expected shortly.
