§ 38 Mr. Malcolm Bruceasked the Secretary of State for Transport if he has any plans to increase the current level of staffing of air traffic controllers.
§ Mr. Peter BottomleyThe level of staffing of air traffic controllers is the responsibility of the Civil Aviation Authority. We are confident that the authority will continue to employ sufficient air traffic controllers to ensure the safety of traffic flying over the United Kingdom and at the airports where it is responsible for navigation services.
