§ Mr. Cormackasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he will discuss the results of the survey of English medieval wall paintings, currently being carried out by the Courtauld Institute and the Royal Commission on Historic Monuments, with the chairman of the Historic Buildings and Monuments Commission with a view to making special funds available for the conservation of these paintings.
