§ Mr. HurdThe policy of successive Governments has been that those accused of serious crimes committed abroad should be extradited, provided the requirements of our law are met. Last week I received from the Simon Wisenthal Centre documentary material in support of allegations that people responsible for war crimes are living in this country. I am examining this material in order to assess the scope for further action.
