§ Mr. Chris Smithasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what is his estimate of the total loss of tax revenue through evasion and or fraudulent returns in relation to payment of (i) income tax, (ii) national insurance contributions, (iii) corporation tax, (iv) capital transfer tax and (v) value added tax.
