Notes:

(1) Expenditure figures extracted from 1985–86 DHA annual accounts.

(2) FPS figures include expenditure on FPC administration.

(3) DHA resident population figures from OPCS mid year estimates.

(4) It must be borne in mind that there are large flows of patients between health authorities and this is reflected in their funding. The funding of South Glamorgan also takes account of its teaching responsibilities.

(5) The FPS figures shown in respect of East Dyfed in fact relate to the whole of the county of Dyfed inclusive of the district of Pembrokeshire.
