§ Mr. Frank Fieldasked the hon. Member for Selby, as representing the Church Commissioners, when he expects the Church Commissioners to enter into the partnership agreement between themselves, the Wirral council and the Shell pension fund in respect to phase 2 of the Grange precinct, Birkenhead.
§ Mr. AlisonThe variation of the existing development agreement between themselves, the Wirral borough council and the Shell pension fund, for which terms have been agreed and which will enable this imaginative further investment in this inner city area to proceed, will be entered into as soon as the legal formalities have been completed. The Commissioners know of no reason why this should not be in the near future.
