I am today placing in the Library of the House Energy Paper 54 "Energy Technologies for the United Kingdom — 1986 Appraisal of Research, Development and Demonstration". This is a comprehensive assessment of a wide range of different energy technologies covering virtually all those currently considered to be relevant for the United Kingdom.
