§ Mr. ChannonI hope to receive the inspector's report early in 1988. The report will be published at the time Ministers announce the decisions they have taken in the light of the inspector's findings. Given the exceptional length and complexity of this inquiry and the volume of evidence which will need to be considered, this is bound to take some time.
