§ Mr. Sainsbury[pursuant to his reply, 14 July 1987, c. 440]: I am happy to announce today that, following a competition, a contract is to be placed with Vosper Thornycroft (UK) Ltd. for the build of four single role minehunters. The competition was keen, but a batch order for four vessels placed at VT provided best value for money for the MOD.
