HC Deb 23 July 1987 vol 120 c351W
19. Mr. Allan Roberts

asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what discussions are now taking place between the Governments of the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom on the Anglo-Irish Agreement.

Mr. Tom King

I last met Irish Ministers at a meeting of the Intergovernmental Conference on 16 July. As is set out in the joint statement issued after the meeting, a copy of which is in the Library, we discussed a range of matters within the field of activity of the Conference, including security and economic co-operation and equality of opportunity in employment.
