§ Mr. Kenneth BakerYes. The Government's intention to legislate in this area at a suitable opportunity has been known for some time and our Bill will contain relevant provisions. My Department will be consulting representatives of those most closely concerned and I have today placed in the Library a document which forms the basis of those consultations.
